Upon exiting the plane, after collecting your luggage and passing through immigration and customs, your guide will be waiting for you in the hall regardless of your arrival time.
He will give you your travel kit , with your travel journal and, depending on the case: your train tickets, cash, accessory packs, pocket-wifi, and everything else you have ordered.
He will help you carry your luggage and then accompany you to your hotel by train, car or taxi, depending on your preferences.
You don't have to pay anything. Your guide will take care of everything.

When do I need to decide on the means of transport to get us to the hotel from the airport?
Ideally, you should let us know when creating your itinerary so we can anticipate transportation bookings. However, you can always change your mind and request a taxi instead of the train, for example. A change may incur a fee.
I arrive at the airport in the morning and would like to book a guide for the day. Is that possible?
Everything is possible as long as our guides are available. You can book an airport pickup, then a guide for the day, and finally a food tour in the evening. This service is compatible with our driver-guide service.

Early check-in will allow you to access your hotel room regardless of your arrival time.
