Preamble
AYUMI Voyage (hereinafter “the Local Agency”) is a travel agency that offers, via its website www.ayumivoyage.com (hereinafter “the Site”), the planning and sale of customized trips to Japan.
These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter “Terms”) are intended to apply exclusively between AYUMI Voyage and any person wishing to access the Site and/or use the services offered through the Site (hereinafter “the User”).
Any use of the services offered via the Site automatically implies the application of these T&C.
We invite you to read them carefully.
These T&C may be modified at any time, in particular to take into account legislative and/or regulatory changes, without the Local Agency being held liable.
Amendments will take effect upon their publication on the Site (unless otherwise specified). The latest updated version is available at any time on the Site via the Legal Notice link at the bottom of the page.

All travel services are provided by AYUMI Voyage, an agency registered with the All Nippon Travel Agents Association (ANTA) under number 3-901, issued by Hyogo Prefecture.

Article 2: Definitions
The Site – refers to the AYUMI Voyage website, accessible at: www.ayumivoyage.com.
User – any internet user browsing and/or using the services offered by the Local Agency.
Services – refers to all travel services and related services offered by the Local Agency.
Client – any internet user who, after accessing the Site, (i) subscribes to the newsletter, and/or (ii) requests a quote, and/or (iii) accepts a travel service proposal.
Article 3: Use of the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access.
All costs associated with access (connection, equipment, etc.) are the responsibility of the User.
AYUMI Voyage shall not be held liable for any connection or access issues to the Site attributable to the User’s equipment or internet service provider.
Users have access to, in particular:
Travel offers to Japan and related services;
Detailed information on the products offered;
A form for requesting a quote or making a reservation;
A personalized area accessible to Customers with access codes.
Article 4: Warranty and Liability
AYUMI Voyage will use its best efforts to ensure continuous access to the Site (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), except in cases of force majeure, maintenance, or events beyond its control.
It reserves the right to:
Suspend, interrupt, or limit access to the Site;
Remove any information likely to disrupt its operation;
Perform any necessary updates.
The Local Agency shall not be held liable in the event of a technical failure or service interruption.
The User is responsible for protecting their equipment and data.
Article 5: User Obligations
The User agrees to use the Site in compliance with:

Applicable laws and regulations,
Public order and morality,
Intellectual property rights and image rights.
Login credentials (if applicable) are strictly personal and confidential.
The User must immediately notify AYUMI Voyage of any unauthorized use at: contact@ayumivoyage.com.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site (text, images, logos, videos, sounds, source codes, etc.) are the exclusive property of AYUMI Voyage or its partners.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or use without written authorization is prohibited.
AYUMI Voyage’s trademarks and logos are protected by intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Japanese Personal Information Protection Act (個人情報保護法), AYUMI Voyage is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of the personal data collected.

Article 8: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by:
Japanese law, for transactions conducted from Japan,
French law, for transactions concluded with customers residing in France or the European Union.
Any dispute regarding their interpretation or enforcement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese courts.
