From Champagne to Japan
I was practically born amidst the vineyards of Champagne. This region allowed me to develop an interest in winemaking from a very young age. As I grew up, I became particularly drawn to Japan, which led me to study Japanese at university. This soon led me to guide Japanese tourists in my native region, allowing them to discover our terroirs, our gastronomy, and, above all, Champagne.
The thirst for sharing
Fifteen years later, I founded a Champagne import company in Kobe. As a representative of French heritage in Japan, I enjoy introducing people to the finest Champagnes in a spirit of conviviality and sharing, honoring French tradition. Drawing on my experience in corporate events in Japan, I decided to expand our activities and embark on the AYUMI Voyage adventure.
To propose a different way of traveling
During the fifteen years I spent in Japan, I traveled extensively, both for business and family, and discovered many hidden gems across the archipelago. From coastal landscapes to mountainous regions, from gourmet restaurants to local establishments, from authentic ryokan to modern hotels, I'm always eager to uncover these hidden treasures. Among all these discoveries, I particularly enjoy searching for unique onsen (hot springs).
Japan is, for me, a land to explore and discover. With AYUMI Voyage, I invite our clients to live the same experience: discovering the other side of Japan.

A Japanese vocation
Drawn to the Japanese language, and especially kanji, I initially studied Japanese in a linguistics program. I then pursued political science in Paris to broaden my intellectual horizons and apply my linguistic knowledge. I moved to Kyoto more than ten years ago to complete my studies.
My passions
Curious about everything, I am particularly fascinated by history and religions, especially because these subjects allow us to put our identities and values into perspective and thus better understand ourselves.
I am also a big foodie who is neither put off nor frightened by anything. Japan has never disappointed me and even today, I continue to explore Japanese gastronomy, various regional products as well as sake culture.
Transmitting through travel
I was a tour guide during my studies, and I continued this activity for eight years before joining AYUMI Voyage.
Today, I design tailor-made trips to Japan, adding a little of my own: I want to give our clients an authentic and sincere experience of everything that makes me love Japan.

A long-standing fascination
For as long as I can remember, Japan has always fascinated me. Its chaotic urban landscapes, modern daily life, its culture full of surprising contrasts, and its kanji, incomprehensible at first glance, but strangely beautiful.
My passion for travel
A love of travel being a family affair, after studying languages and a university exchange in Nishinomiya, I settled there permanently ten years ago. I immediately fell in love with Kobe, a port city where the mountains stand guard to the north and the sea stretches to the south, so similar in its landscapes, its climate and the pride of its inhabitants to my native Brittany.
Working with Japanese clients, known for their high standards, taught me to anticipate their needs and pay attention to every detail. It is this rigor and exacting standard that I now bring to AYUMI Voyage.
I'm sharing my experience
Today, as a mother of two little Franco-Japanese girls, seeing travel and the beauty of everyday life in Japan through their children's eyes, I am more committed than ever to sharing my passion for this multifaceted country.

My roots
I was born and raised in Nara, the first capital of Japan. During my childhood, I visited many of the region's historical and cultural sites, and I still feel a strong connection to this heritage today. Furthermore, I received a traditional Japanese education in a home open to Western culture, which broadened my horizons.
Love for the French language
Curious about all cultures, France particularly captured my attention. It was during my teenage years that I discovered cinema and then the French language. As an adult, I continued my studies at the French Institute in Kyoto. Thanks to my Franco-Japanese network, I had the opportunity to work at AYUMI Voyage. This gives me the chance to promote exchange between my country, Japan, and international travelers.
A deep attachment to travel
A natural traveler, I was nine years old when I took my first family trip abroad, and that wanderlust has never left me. Since then, I've traveled extensively in Asia, Europe, and North America. I particularly enjoy sailing, especially in the Sea of Japan, whose rugged coastline and mountainous islands I adore. I firmly believe that travel allows us to recharge and reconnect with ourselves. It's an essential life experience.
So I invite you, suitcase in hand, to discover the country where I was born and which holds so many wonders.
