A trip to Japan typically lasts at least ten days, which often means traveling with plenty of belongings, and increasingly heavy suitcases, especially once you start collecting souvenirs. During your itinerary, some of our suggested excursions include one- or two-night stays between longer stages. To help you travel light and bring only what you need, we offer a convenient hotel-to-hotel luggage transfer service.
Express Luggage Delivery Service
The delivery service “ TA-Q-BIN ” (宅急便) is reliable and accessible. The quality of Japanese service is guaranteed: your package is taken care of and will be delivered on the day and within the time slot of your choice.
How to proceed:

First, we will determine together where and to which your luggage will be transferred during your tour. This could be from hotel to hotel or from hotel to airport.

We will provide you with all the pre-filled itinerary forms, either by sending them to your first hotel or by giving them to your airport guide. The forms will be placed in separate envelopes labeled with the date and the hotel names.

Simply hand the corresponding forms to the reception desk at your hotel. The staff will then weigh your luggage and have you sign the forms.

All you have to do now is travel light.

How much does luggage transfer cost?
The service is very affordable—under ¥3,000 to send a 25 kg suitcase from Tokyo to Kyoto. The fee is added directly to your hotel bill.
How long does it take for the luggage to arrive?
In most cases, your bags will reach the next hotel within one day. For destinations like Hokkaidō (due to snow) or Okinawa, it may take up to two days. We will check the transfer time and the required drop-off deadline for you in advance.
What items can I have transferred?
Beyond regular suitcases, you can also send bulky equipment such as skis, diving gear, or golf clubs.
